Simply attach to any cordless 1000 – 1200 RPM drill and give it a whirl while moving the nylon cleaning appendages back and forth in the control body, expanding and contracting the appendages to different sizes and contours. Connect a garden hose to the standard female swivel hose adapter (included) and you can rinse while you clean.
