Exchilerator is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase!
If your Exchilerator fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Any modifications, abuse, or unintended uses of an Exchilerator will result in total forfeiture of any claims or warranty regarding the unit. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The warranty covers the original owner for 5 years from the purchase date of the product. Warranty is non-transferable
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Exchilerator™ Warranty Department, 44 North St.Windsor Locks CT. 06096. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Exchilerator cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Connecticut State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
We understand that occasionally a customer will purchase an item that does not fit their needs.

The return window is 30 days from receipt of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in new condition.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
All returns must include:
- Product(s) Ordered in Original Condition
- Original Packaging
- All Included Accessories. (Accessories Include ½” Dial Thermometer, ½” Close s/s Nipple, ½” s/s Tee, ½” Two Piece s/s Ball Valve)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product(s) and determine approval or rejection
of your refund and you will be contacted by email.
If approved a credit will be authorized and applied to your credit card or Pay Pal account.
Inspect the Exchilerator upon receipt. Within 48 hours report any damage that may have been caused in shipping.

Alternatively, we can email you a ship ticket to be affixed to the original package and the cost would be deducted
from your refund if awarded.
